Replacement

1.    We cover a 7 Days Replacement Guarantee (except intact box or packet) for physical product.
2.    The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery by our website, mobile app or through customer care center.

3.    After you request to replace, we provide you a replacement ID. Then you can send it to our address.

4.    Replacement delivery of the ordered items is subject to the availability of the products at our vendor & depot/warehouse.

Return

1.    You must check your product that we delivered through our third party courier service provider. If you found that we delivered wrong product, defective product, the products with missing parts, Incorrect content on the website, you may reject to receive the product from the delivery person and return it to us.

2.    Once you received the goods you have no options to change or return the goods.
3.    The return and replacement must have the following conditions.

3.1    The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
3.2    The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
3.3    The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of our packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
